| Josh was very helpful with the whole buying experience and was very knowledgeable with all the homes we had questions about. He went above and beyond our expectations. With being first time home buyers we were very nervous about the whole buying experience and Josh "held our hands" the whole way, reassuring us, and letting us know what was going on the whole time. When it came to the amount the seller was asking he was excellent with negotiating a price that we both could agree on. Overall, working with Josh is like working with a friend not a business person.
