I'm a Realtor, with Advantage Chatuge Realty in Hayesville, NC and Hiawassee, GA. I'm licensed as a real estate broker in North Carolina and an associate broker in Georgia. I've worked as a commercial photographer since the 1980's, mostly in San Diego, CA. My husband and I left San Diego in 2004, moved to St Croix in the US Virgin Islands for a couple of years, then came to Hayesville, NC in 2006. We've decided to make this our permanent home, we love it here!!!

Through the process of buying, refurbishing and selling our homes, I realized how much I enjoy real estate. After leaving the city, I finally found the time to get into real estate professionally. It seemed to make a lot of sense since photography is probably the most important part of marketing homes and land. I took it one step further last year and opened a real estate virtual tour company, Woolrich Photo Tours, so in addition to photographing properties for other Realtors, my listings get the very best real estate photography and virtual tours, updated on a regular basis.

I'm relatively new to real estate as a profession: 4 years. This can be an asset in many ways. I'm highly motivated and have some really good people behind me for advice, but I haven't forgotten what it's like to be on your side of it. I try to look at all transactions from the client's point of view as much as from the Realtors.

I love to work with buyers, probably because I love house shopping myself. My husband and I bought our first home in San Diego, where we'd been living for years. Relocating to St Croix, then here to Hayesville, in the beautiful South Western North Carolina Mountains was a whole different story. We had spent very little time in either place and really had to rely on our Realtors to not just find us a great house, but steer us in the right direction as far as location was concerned. They also had to help us through the issues that were specific to the area we were moving to. Both of those Realtors are now our friends for life! Here in Hayesville North Carolina and Hiawassee Georgia, many of our buyers are from other areas and I enjoy helping them to find their new homes.

I also love listings!! Close to 90% of buyers start their home search on the Internet and once they have an agent, they're getting listings e-mailed to them. The photography is the most important part of that. As your listing agent, I'll do a virtual tour of your house or your land, as well as professional quality still photos for your listing. Many Realtors don't have the budget to get a property professionally photographed. I fully understand that. We're all spending a lot of money and not earning it back these days, but this is what I do! Every house gets the Virtual Tour and professional photographs. I don't stop there either. I continue to update the photos as the weather changes and the opportunity arises, improving on the listing as well as the Virtual Tour, and keeping it looking fresh.
