He specializes in bringing peace of mind to home sellers who have previously struggled with selling their home; whether they tried to sell on their own or with another agent. After making the leap from land surveying to real estate, Cody quickly found success at a high level, closing three transactions in his first four months in the business. In this fast paced, ever changing real estate industry, Cody continues to make educating himself on the latest trends in the market a top priority. | My husband and I are so appreciative of everything Cody has done for us,, selling a house can be very stressful and we experienced a family tragedy in the midst of it all, Cody was a Godsend to us, we originally were going to try to sell the house on our own and then realized that after we put the for sale by owner sign in the yard, the craziness was too much for us to handle and realized we did not have the knowledge that a professional would have.. That is when we listed with Cody.. we all meshed well together and the enormous stress that was on our shoulders was then transferred over to him.. He did a wonderful job and whenever we had questions or concerns all we needed to do was call him or text him and he answered immediately, which is huge for us as we know many people who have tried selling homes and the Realtor never gets back to them in a timely fashion,, Cody was a lot of fun to work with and if we ever sell another home he will be the first phone call we make.. we have a lot of respect for him.. And would highly recommend anyone to list with him |

| Cody was very flexible as far as times to look at houses. He did a great job with our paperwork and had everything done in a timely manner. We enjoyed working with him. He had a great personality and was willing to fight for what we wanted. |

| Cody was helpful from the VERY beginning of our home sale process. We decided to try selling our home 'by owner' and he came to our very first 'by owner' open house. He was never pushy, or trying to sell himself to us. Instead, he was refreshingly helpful. He asked if we had a sign-in sheet, which we did not.. and recommended it to help us get ahold of our potential buyers. He gave many other helpful suggestions... and kept checking on us for several months. Again, not in a pushy way, but in a helpful way. When we finally decided we should list with an agent, there was no question who we wanted to use. All the other agents who had approached us were either pushy, complacent, or downright deceitful. Cody was able to help us through the home buying process, make helpful suggestions on pricing and staging, and we sold our home. Our only regret... we wished we had signed with him sooner! |

| The first time I tried to contact Cody was on a holiday and he answered right away and was able to get me in the house I wanted to look at right away! If and when I had questions or concerns I knew I could call him and get an answer or he would get back to me with what I needed. He uses technology to speed up the process and keep things moving! He is persistent at getting you where you want to be. I have dealt with four other realtors and he has been the most helpful through it all!! |

| Cody was friendly and very professional. Helped with every step. He made sure to answer every question and explain everything. I don't think i would have bought a house in Lincoln if not for him. |

| CODY skills are wonderful, he is very qualified , in his business. energetic, and help make selling our house a breeze , compare to other experiences we had , in the past this was a walk to the park . Cody , offer to move some furniture to stage the house better from the beginning. it took less the 3 weeks to have a contract . we needed that in order to move to another state , without so much stress , i recommend, Cody to all my family members and friends and to anyone that i overheard they needed a realtor |

| We worked with Cody on buying our first home, we had reached out to other real estate agents however we decided to go with Cody because of his persistence. Cody's communication skills exceeded my expectations. He replied to my emails promptly and called me regularly to check in and to notify me of new properties on the market. When we found a property we wanted to look at, Cody was available immediately to show the property even during late evening hours. Best of all, Cody is down to earth, highly motivated, and there was never any sales pressure with Cody. I highly recommend working with him! |
