Yarnell, Peeples Valley and Wilhoit offer a diverse selection of homes and land as well as commercial properties and opportunities. Pricing varies too. With elevations from 4500' to near 6000' there's different natural topography and landscape. We have a number of homes that have been owner built over the years taking advantage of the great views and natural boulders. But there are also some spectacular custom homes built in recent years on 2 acres or more. The key for many of my Buyers is to take their time looking at the different locales and then decide on that perfect home for them.
