I got in to real estate because I love it.  I enjoy knowing about one of the fifteen largest real estate markets in the country (Charlotte Area) because it makes a difference to families moving here.  Both sellers and buyers alike deserve a professional consumed with real estate to help navigate their way to achieving their real estate goals and dreams.

Trying to go it alone in this market, which includes eight counties over two states with different laws and customs can be a daunting task!  I consume myself with local real estate, for example, I teach property valuation for Keller Williams Realty Ballantyne Area Market Center.  You see a screened porch or a granite countertop is valued differently here than in New York, and it's important to know the details.  I also organized and participate in a group that meets to discuss The Charlotte Area market statistics, and what those mean to home buyers and sellers.  I know that families feel overwhelmed when they first start to work their way through our market.  It's difficult to say the least to handle the day to day activities of a life and family without adding the additional stresses of buying and/or selling a home.  That is why I spend much of my time exploring the new developments and issues that affect real estate in Charlotte and the Southern communities that surround it.  It does not hurt that I grew up right here in the Charlotte and Weddington areas, and have a head start when it comes to knowing the back ways around and the right people to talk to when a client needs something to feel more at home.  It also does not hurt that I love real estate and consume myself in it so that I can help you achieve your dreams when you are buying or selling in Charlotte and the southern communities.
