My real estate sales experience of 23 years is diverse with the most challenging transactions often becoming the most rewarding. My experience in residential and commercial properties include sale, purchase, and investment.

My expert team includes title officers, escrow, legal, commercial & residential experts. Noticeably I don't utilize transaction coordinators as I like to communicate daily to all involved with a hands-on project manager approach and I pride myself on returning all texts and calls as soon as possible.

I obtained an Executive MBA from CSU Monterey Bay and project management certificate from Villanova University. My undergrad is a BS in Finance from CSU Long Beach. The financial acumen necessary to achieve a negotiated transaction is what attracts me to real estate.

I have always been in the people business with training beginning in my family retail business at the age of 10. I am well versed in helping realty negotiations for my clients. My real estate transactions have been diverse: rehab of condos and single family homes to helping first time home buyers plus helping the probate, credit, divorce or relocation needs.
