Veterans working for Veterans!
Serving Veterans in Clark County for 15 years. Since I began my career in Real Estate I immediately focused on the VA Home Loan because of my own personal experience with it. When I was discharged from the Army no one said a thing about the VA Home Loan during the entire week of out-processing. So upon leaving the Military I had no clue what it was and the few people I spoke to about it had no clue either.
Thanks to a Realtor I met two years after I got out he steered me in the right direction. The first Lender I went to did not thoroughly understand the VA Loan, nor did I at all, and I was not approved. My Realtor referred me to another Lender and they did a couple things the other Lender did not do and I got approved.
When the opportunity came for me to go into Mortgage Lending I rembered those two Lenders and decided to be like the second one. I thoroughly understood that it really does matter who you work with. So I made it a goal to help fellow Veterans understand the VA Home Loan and the couple of different ways it can be used.
Although I focus on VA Loans I also work with First Time Home Buyers and Buyers who are wanting to move up or move down in properties. My experience with Mortgage Lending combined with my Real Estate Sales experience compliment each other to make buying a home much less stressful. Having the ability to know what Lenders are looking for in deficiencies in a property is very helpful when viewing homes.
I help my clients buy and sell homes in Vancouver, Hazel Dell, Salmon Creek, Fishers Landing, Camas, Washoughal, Woodland, all outlying areas of Clark County as well as Skamania and Lewis County.

| Victor was extremely helpful when we we were selling our home. He answered and returned phone calls immediately and was very informative when answering all of our questions. Victor has great customer service and is truthful even if it didn't directly benefit him. He wanted the best for us and gave us the best advice. To me that is the thing that made me want to do business with him in the future and I will always refer him to my friends and family. I have worked with many Real Estate Professionals and have not found anyone more honest than Victor. I won't do business with any one else. |
