As far as business, I always look for opportunities that will yield results with minimal risks.  Time is too precious of a commodity... work smart and not hard.  I figure out simplicity in any complex process.

My past business ventures include owning a residential mortgage company and custom home building company.  This business experience has helped me to become a better business entrepreneur.

Having business experience have helped me build a successful tax franchise for last 4 years. In 2013, I have helped set up and run an independent tax office resulting in a successful tax season. My current core discipline is Residential and Commercial Financing, construction management/design and Real Estate Investing.  I'm always on the lookout for a good real estate deal to buy hold and/or wholesale. Currently I'm actively looking for residential mortages that I can place in 48 states and Multifamily Real Estate looking for financing $1MM >.
