| An out-of-state buyer put a cash contract on my listing without ever seeing it because they felt the HouseLens video was an accurate representation of the flow of the house. The video gave them a greater comfort level than just the photos, although the photos were fabulous too! The over $500K purchase came together without a hitch. |
