Victoria started her real estate career assisting her mother, Janice Mizuhara, in her business during the 1988 real estate boom.  In May 1990, Victoria became a full time Realtor specializing in first time buyers and eventually transitioned into selling luxury preview homes and commercial property in the East San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire and North Orange County.

During the past 3 decades, Victoria has earned her Graduate Realty Institute designation is working on her CCIM, commercial designation.
