I have been in real estate management for over 24 years.  During that time I have managed single family homes, small apartment communities, condominiums, homeowner associations, and a few small commercial properties.  I came to Bell-Anderson as a bookkeeper, then became a property manager, and in 2002, along with my husband, bought the company.  I have achieved four professional designations; MPM (Master Property Manager), CPM (Certified Property Manager), RMP (Residential Management Professional), and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager).  In 2008 I co-authored a book entitled: Community Associations: A Guide to Professional Management. As a result of writing the book, I was inducted in the Academy of Authors by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
