Roger Henley is an Associate Broker/Realtor. He is a native Arizonan who has lived nearly all his life in the western part of the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.  He was educated in the Dysart Elementary School District, Dysart High School, Glendale Community College and Arizona State University, majoring in Physics and Accounting.  He has personally been buying and selling real estate in Arizona since 1970 and has been a licensed real estate agent in Arizona since 2003, receiving his Broker’s License in October, 2009. He has been married to his wife Shirley for 35 years and they enjoy the outdoor activities Arizona has to offer, including camping, fishing and exploring.

He is a Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI), holds the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification, a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), e-Pro certified from the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, holds the At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) certification from the National Association of Realtors, and he holds the Certified Default Resolution Specialist (CDRS) and Certified Short Sale Buyer Representative (CSSBR) designations. He is experienced in all phases of real estate including single family, distressed property, commercial, land and sales.

His focus is to help his clients successfully buy and sell real estate. His goal is not to settle for client satisfaction, but to attain client delight.
