At Advisor's Mortgage we fund our own loans so you do not have to wait for wires.  We have one of the smallest closing packages around-ask any title company that has worked with us.  We are one of the leading home lenders in the state of Minnesota.  Personally I am a former educator who is dedicated to educating customers on the ins and outs of home ownership.  I am looking for life long customers not the one time big sale.  I usually start each loan process over coffee, and end at the closing with a  bottle of wine for the customers.  The closing is the last impression they have of me and the real estate agent so I see the importance in being present at the closing.
