M. Lisa Harrison, owner of TWEAK, explains the name, "TWEAK is a term often used in technology. It is used to describe making adjustments for things to work better. A home, when placed on the market becomes a house, a product. It needs to be TWEAKed to make that change. Cleaning, de-cluttering, rearranging are all necessary to help buyers see the house as their home, not yours." Harrison admits she also uses technology to help in the home marketing process. "The internet is the most valuable tool that home sellers have. I use it for research and so do home buyers. It's where they start. In staging a home, I bring it up to the best it can be within a budget, I take great pictures with the proper lighting so everything shows well, and I write the copy that conveys the emotions about the house that the staging evokes. The web is your 24/7 selling agent. It's so important to make that wonderful first impression there."
Having worked as a professional salesperson, event planer, writer, photographer and retail visual merchandiser, Harrison brings that business marketing mindset to the home market. "The most expensive product you will ever sell is your home. Most folks have an expensive car detailed before selling. Why not their house?" she asks.

I am an investor who flips houses and I also am a liscensed agent. I depend on Lisa to provide rehabbing guidance, pricing guidance and listing services. If I were not very happy with her incredible services, I would not use her over and over and refer her to my coaching clients. |

I was ready to bring $10,000 to the closing table just to be done with my house. I had moved out of state and had not finished the rehab that I had started years before. Mona Lisa talked me out of losing money and promised that the worst case would be I just walk away. She also promised to finish my rehab on my budget. She finished the rehab, staged it and sold it in 4 days. I walked away with $26,000 profit. |

Lisa helped to sell my house and my mother's house a year later. She came in and told us exactly what we needed to do to get a quick and profitable sale. Then she staged the homes, provided superior photography and had both of them under contract near list price within a week of going on the market. Can't imagine using any other agent. |

We had an investment house on the market for 9 months with no interest. A friend talked us into using Mona Lisa as our new agent. She came in and made a list of a few things she thought we should do. Nothing major. She staged it and made new photos. We couldn't believe it was the same house. It sold in a day to someone who had passed on it previously. For the list price. |
Stage! Shoot! List! Sale! That's my method and it's effective.
