After several years as a Reverse Mortgage Field Loan Officer, my efforts today are concentrated on education and technology for the Reverse Mortgage sector of the mortgage industry. Laws have been in constant change since the beginning of 2009 and I assist in those updates. I lean more towards technology. Information is key to a sucessful book of business. I take possession of applicable knowledge and use it to the highest degree in an intranet environment. Follow up techniques for data control are imperitive for a loan officer (originator) to not lose track of potential clients. Retracing footsteps should be easy with clear pre-defined methods.
