I am a native of Grand Island.  I obtained my B.S. degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1987.  After graduation, I moved to Dallas, TX for 4 years and then to Atlanta, GA for 3 years.  Although I loved "big city life," I missed the comforts of home and the "family-like" atmosphere of a smaller town.  I returned to Grand Island in 1994.

I became a licensed REALTOR in 1998 and have been a multi-million dollar producer every year.  I was the #1 agent in Grand Island in 2010 and ranked #3 in 2011.   I received my GRI designation in 2001 and my CRS in 2002.  I most recently received the CHMS designation which is the Certified Home Marketing Specialist.  I was President of the Grand Island Board of Realtors in 2002 and was voted "REALTOR of the Year" in 2003.

I have always been active in my church and my community.  I've served on the Board of Directors for the Central Nebraska Goodwill Industries, the YWCA, St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, Grand Island Noon Rotary Club and Women's Health Services.  I have served as a Trustee for the St. Francis Hospital Foundation; have served on the YWCA Financial Advisory Committee and the YWCA Nominating Committee.  I was also the Rotary Foundation Chairperson for three years.  I currently serve as the President of the Goodwill Industries Housing Corporation

I am married to a wonderful man named Terry; and have two step-children.  Trista is married to Jake and they live in Republican City, NE.  Travis is married to Samantha and they live in Port Angeles,WA. We are so proud of all of them and enjoy spending time with them when we can get away. We have one grandson, Reece Jacob, who will be one year old in February of 2012  We also have two dogs that keep us busy all the time.

My work keeps me very busy but I enjoy every minute of it.  From a first time home buyer to a relocating executive, it is my privilege to assist my clients in finding the perfect place to call home.
