DIANA METTILLE, PLLC Certified Luxury RE Specialist Diana Mettille began investing in real estate at the early age of 19 by purchasing three lakefront lots from a local bank. Diana sold the properties two years later for triple the purchase price. Hooked on real estate she began other projects purchasing land, subdividing it and building duplexes.

In 1978, Diana moved to Alaska where she continued to cultivate her entrepreneurial abilities. Diana, and husband Charles built the Culligan Franchise, built Alaska Crystal Cleer Water, raised children and volunteered to a local church in Soldotna, Alaska.  

In 1982, Charles and Diana purchased 26 acres of lakefront property, built a beautiful lakefront log estate along with four rental properties and  large warehouse for their Culligan enterprise. The  lakefront home caught the attention of several local investors and eventually became the location for a luxurious Lakeside Lodge. Diana and Charles made the decision to move to the “sunnier pastures” of Scottsdale, Arizona, in 1999 where Charles and Diana eventually pursued a career in real estate.  It was time to share our hands-on real estate experience with others.   “It is a dream come true,” Diana says, “I can truly say that I love everything about Arizona.” Constant top producers, Charles and  Diana’s outstanding performance is attributed to their  “no nonsense” assertive business approach and broad real estate market knowledge.  We have closed many luxury properties and we value every client and strive for excellence in each transaction, no matter the price point.  We appreciate referrals and will give each one our BEST.
