That brings me joy and satisfaction in a job well done.  As well, Sellers, especially in this market, are being asked to exercise a little more patience through this process.  As the saying goes....."the right one will come along."   The Buyer for your home is out there.  It just takes a little more time in these times. 

I am an Accredited Buyers Representative and posses an ABR designation.  I enjoy working with first-time homebuyers; it's so rewarding to see the gleaming faces of proud new homeowners!!   I also have my SRES and SRS designations.  I enjoy working with Seniors and my Senior Real Estate Specialist designation has helped me a great deal in finding suitable properties and selling properties for Seniors. 

I go the extra mile as a Listing Agent and keep in touch with my clients.  Not only do I personally host Open Houses, I market their home using every avenue on the Internet, through social networking, e-fllyers, brochures and newletters.  The old staple 'word-of-mouth' helps too.
