| I just wanted to say that Wendy did a great job with my short sale. The bank was giving us a terrible time and then at the last minute offered me a deed in lieu of foreclosure agreement. Wendy suggested I accept the agreement even though she wouldn't get paid. She helped me thru it all. I would recommend her to everyone. |

| The experience that I had with Wendy Smith and her associates were like none other. They were very knowledgeable about the real estate field. I had been trying to sell my home with another company for about two years. The results was an unsold house.
