My firm does not accept property listings, so no dual/designated agency situations will arise which may cause your discomfort. As you may be aware, there are no "extra" fees to the Buyer for my services - my fees are paid as a commission split with the seller's listing agent at closing.

Georgia and TN mountains. For those International referrals, I am a native Spanish-speaker, TRC-certified, a CIPS network member, candidate to receive the coveted Certified International Property Specialist designation, and am experienced in international transactions.
