| Tiffany Haller was our agent. The market is Hot right now and things are bid up like crazy. Tiffany showed us a lot of homes that came on the market - then told us about the perfect house the minute it was listed. She was so right about what we wanted. She kept her finger on the pulse of the market and found that there were two offers on the house even before it could be shown - so she encouraged us to join in, lest we lose before we start. She helped us write a letter to the seller about this home and how much it meant to us (perfect location, filled with views that touched my husband and my history in SB). Our offer was accepted and Tiffany ushered us through a somewhat convoluted escrow with an out of state owner. We are in our home as of 2 days ago and delighted!!! | Tiffany came to us as a recommendation from our CPA and I'm so glad he recommended her. Tiffany Haller is in a class all her own. I've dealt with other agents who simply go through the motions. Her attention to detail was above and beyond. Even after we closed on the home she continued to help us in making connections to contractors and other needs that we had. She even showed up to let people into the house to do work for us when we could not be there. She is exceptional in planning, her preparation and her knowledge of Santa Barbara. | Tiffany helped me a great deal during the sale of my house. I was in the middle of a divorce and my x other half was foreclosing on the house. Tiffany helped me a lot on my side to get it out of foreclosure and closing the deal as a short sale. Her knowledge on the whole deal was incredible and helped me save my credit tremendously. I will definitely use Tiffany again to help me buy or sell something in the future. -Robin |
