Dick is a native of theCentralCoast and is a graduate of Cal Poly. He believes the value of real property is not only a sound investment, but also the basis of wealth and family security, and he shares those beliefs with his clients.Dick Keenan is also a private pilot, an avid golfer and sportsman, and a devoted husband & family man. Narlene Carter-Keenan has more than 22 years of increasingly successful real estate experience in sales of both new and existing residences. She has represented tract and condominium developers, as well as upscale custom home developers and estate owners here on the Central Coast. Narlene has worked with buyers ranging from first-time purchasers, where her knowledge in lending transactions has been especially helpful, to experienced real estate investors. The winner of a number of individual sales and professional achievement awards, and was elected president of the Grover Beach Rotary in 2011. Narlene was also a competitive women’s soccer player, which has contributed to her sense of dedication and commitment in business. Narlene is married with 2 children, and co-founded The Keenan-Carter Group in 2001.
