| I meet Wanda Ortiz-Thayne at the Pearlridge Mall Concession Store little more than 3 years ago. Since then she has been a big help in finding our home. Wanda has a big heart and works really hard. She was always willing to drive around to look for properties and always there to help answer any questions that I had. I really appreciate all the hard work and hours she put in to have us, a home. I will highly recommend her to my family and friends and will sure use her again!!! |

| Wanda was great!! She really went above and beyond to make sure our experience was seemless. We were out of state which made things a bit more challenging, but she kept us in the loop every step of the way. I would definately keep Wanda in my 'Rolodex' for future real estate tranactions. |

| When we first met Wanda in 2010, we were "just looking", as our wedding was fast approaching for later that year. Wanda understood that even if we were just looking we were just scratching the service as far as house buying. She offered us a free consultation to give us a look into the process we would be going through when we were ready to purchase. The information given at the consultation was a great tool and it gave us an idea on where we stood as far as our credit. Although it would be about a year and a half until we were ready to buy a house, Wanda was always there, checking on us and making sure we were on track. She always answered our questions and if she couldn't do that she would get back to us with the information or refer us to someone who could. |
