Get to Know Terry Schneeman
Terry has a strong love of God and family. He and Cindy have been married since 1983. They have one son and four grandchildren, whom Terry and Cindy keep nearly every weekend. Sharing his love for Christ is very important to Terry and as such, he is very active in his parish. Terry loves to be involved with youth, having taught junior high religious education since 2001. Terry has served on Pastoral Council and is currently serving on Finance Council. He also supports his parish as a member of the Fish Friars, and West Liberty Outreach which supports a Glenmary Mission in Eastern Kentucky. Serving others is important in spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ. Terry loves demolition and reconstruction projects. Terry and Cindy also love gardening and landscaping. Soon camping will return to the list of activities to share with the grandkids.
Terry is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and a Masters' Degree in Taxation. He is also a licensed CPA in Ohio. Terry is licensed to practice Real Estate in Ohio since 2005. He is one of about 7% of Realtors who have attained the Graduate Realtor Institute designation.

Terry primarily works with buyers and sellers in the Northern suburbs of Cincinnati. He loves working with first time buyers and helping them the find the perfect first home. The excitement of first time home buyers is contagious. As a CPA, Terry brings a vast knowledge of financing and taxation, both of which are very important to home owners. He understands the impact that changes in the financial world have on interest rates. He is also a skilled negotiator. It is not just about the price. The Real Estate Industry is one with so many different variables... closing date, interest rates, occupancy date, inspections, etc. All these variables work together in a balancing act to make dreams happen. As you go through the negotiation process and the fulcrum moves in this balancing act, the power shifts back and forth between the buyer and the seller. The goal is to get to the balanced point where the seller and buyer can live with the contract and nobody walks away feeling hung out to dry. Success is in the Details.
