My wife and I have been married for over 37 years and have three adult children and four fabulous grandchildren. We have lived in the South King/North Pierce County area for the past 35 years where we have raised our kids, and have actively been involved in the community and our church...we love the area and we love the people!

| Working with Terry was a truly positive experience from start to finish! When we began the selling process, Terry took a lot of time to understand our needs and the special features of our house. He went the extra mile on numerous occasions. He kept us informed every step of the way. When we had to make tough decisions regarding pricing and timing, he guided us well while fully supporting our decisions. | When I think of Terry Aman, the first word that comes to mind is integrity. Immediately following that comes sincerity, honesty, patience, and dependability; in other words, genuine authenticity. Like most, my husband and I sought to purchase the right home at the right price under the right circumstances, specific to our needs.
