| There are not enough good things that I can say about Templeton. This is our first home, and we were very unsure of the process and everything that entails buying a house. From day one Templeton has been amazing with walking us through every single part of the process. His knowledge and ability to walks us through all the steps really help us feel more comfortable and at easy about buying our house. In the process we had some very unexpected bumps in the road, but Templeton was always on top of everything and made sure that we knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. He has truly made such an over whelming process so much easier to handle. I cannot recommend Templeton enough!!! |

| Templeton is passionate about what he does. It truly shows when he interacts with his clients. We really put Templeton though the ringer. We originally wanted to look in the East valley for a home and had him checking for listings daily. Then we changed our mind and chose to look in the far north valley by Anthem. There was no hesitation on his end. He changed the search parameters and within a few days we found the house that we would end up buying. This obviously was a much farther drive for him but his energy and enthusiasm never wavered. And months later, he still keeps in touch with us and checks to see how we, and the house, are doing. To me, there is no one better in the business. It was absolutely the easiest process because of his knowledge and passion for the business. Thanks again, Templeton. |

| Where do I start with Templeton -- how about with: he's an incredible person, first and foremost. He's honest, caring, genuine, and loyal. There aren't many like him, so if you get the opportunity to work with him, take it. |

| I would definitely recommend Templeton Walker for your real estate needs! He was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. This was my first home purchase and I needed more help then most and he was there to take care of all of my needs. He was available at any time and also helped me manage all of my mortgage broker's requests as well. He was able to find the best neighborhoods and homes for me, as I was moving from out of state and not familiar with the area or even in Phoenix during most of the process. Templeton was always very professional and knowledgable. If any issues were to arise, he was the first one to handle them, without any hesitation. I can't recommend his services enough! He is always looking out for Your best interest and will do everything he can to get you whatever it is that you want. |

| I can't express how much help Templeton was in helping us purchase our first home. He was ALWAYS available, day or night and rain or shine. He was quite knowledgeable, and an EXCELLENT negotiator. Since this was my first home purchase, I had very little experience in realestate. Templeton walked me through it, and did so with true honesty. I can't recommend Templeton enough. If you want a caring real estate agent who isn't out there just for him or herself, then Templeton Walker should be your choice! |
