| Mike sold my townhouse in Glen Allen extremely fast. He brought his photographer in one day, the next day it was listed and the next day he was bringing me an offer. The best part- he sold my house for the highest price per square foot of any house in my neighborhood for the past year. So he did exactly what he promised- he sold it fast for the absolute most amount of money. There were several moments of tough negotiations after the buyer performed their inspection. Mike handled the negotiations like a professional. I was just thankful he was on my side negotiating. | Mike helped my wife and I sell our first home. We were moving out of town and needed to sell quickly. Mike told us what we needed to do to get the home ready to sell and helped us set the price where he thought the market would move quickly on it. The house showed well and we sold within a month above the price we originally asked. The entire process all the way through the close went smoothly, Mike was there for us the entire process and took care everything we needed. He answered every question we had timely and expertly. | Mike helped my buy my home in Ginter Park. I really had no idea what I was doing but he stepped me through the process and made it easy and very fun. He's awesome to look at houses with- he made me laugh the entire time. There were some problems during the closing process and I was so happy I had him negotiating on my behalf. He made quick work of solving the problems and got me a little more money back as a result. If you are looking to buy or sell- I can't imagine anyone wanting to work with someone else. | Mike Hogan was an intricate part of my/our home selling and buying process. We received a contract on my house to sell in under two weeks! Mike's negotiation skills were on point during both sides of the selling and buying process. His advice always sounded well researched and sound. I never had to wait to hear back from Mike and he always answered my numerous questions. This was probably one of the better aspects of working with Mike. He was available at all times to answer questions or show us a house. His staff was also wonderful to work with and were quick with responses and emails. | I had the pleasure of working with Mike and his colleague, Alicia Pittman, during the recent purchase of my first home! I cannot even begin to stress just how instrumental these two were during the entire process! In light of the challenges associated with finding a dream home - and one that would satisfy the many requisites of my chosen lender - Mike and Alicia were there to lend their expertise and guidance at every turn. My very first consult was with Mike, who'd agreed to meet with me on - of all days - the 4th of July! Yet, I quickly learned that this was merely a glimpse of the dedication I would encounter over the course of the next few weeks. I was subsequently introduced to Alicia; who was tasked with assisting me, wherever needed, while Mike was out of town for a few days. I must say, I have met very few 'people', let alone 'agents', who are as knowledgeable, attentive, engaging, supportive, resourceful, and TOLERANT! From the beginning, Alicia was readily available - day and night! - to answer any questions I had, no matter how complex or seemingly senseless. When not immediately available, she was always prompt in returning my calls. Over the course of viewing many different properties, Alicia remained surprisingly mindful of certain attributes that I'd sought in various homes; and was equally intuitive in pointing out when something would either present with issues to the average homeowner, or would pose a potential conflict to my own personal needs. Even in my moments of indecisiveness, she managed to masterfully balance the art of communicating her expertise, without interposing any personal bias. As my home purchase also involved financing of a few minor and some major repairs/improvements, my lender managed to up the ante - with more hoops than I could have imagined! - in completing the inspection and appraisal phases. Again, Alicia was there to spearhead and delegate where needed - flawlessly. Though the process of this particular sale was in no way cut-and-dry, Alicia's keenly diplomatic approach in addressing each matter proved to be nothing short of indispensable!! That all said, I feel blessed to have been led to this team, and am eager to refer ANYONE seeking an Agent who is experienced, insightful, and devoted to the satisfaction of their clients. I would most definitely recommend this team of real estate professionals! |

He and his team effectively communicated their plan, and also provided timely weekly updates as to the status of the sale in every portion of the process. | I have worked with Mike for over 9 years now. Mike is top selling agent year after year because of his knowledge of the market, his professionalism, and his hard work. It is not uncommon for Mike to working on deals for me at midnight or very early in the morning. He takes on my business as if it his.
