I am a hard working Mom of three and proud Grandma of two. I grew up in Colorado on a farm with four siblings. My family and I have lived in Texas for about ten years. I enjoy running, traveling, family time and of course REAL ESTATE. I am passionate about what I do and I want to make everyone I work with happy, happy, happy. | We asked Pam to sell our existing Arlington home and to help us through the new construction process. The sale of our home preparation advice was spot on and the process of negotiating an acceptable offer was easily the best. On our new construction, all of us were happy to join the Sandlin team and things were well laid out. Unfortunately, we did not realize what a troublesome process Terry Sandlin made for us with his useless foreman and more useless staff. Without Pam's support and active engagement, we would have had to walk away from a home with a floor plan we wanted. Pam took many pro-active steps to keep things moving and finally to force the builder's real owner to intervene on our behalf. We were able to get moved in and closed. Pam never left our side, helping to get punch list items completed, warranty responses, and a fair deal in every aspect of the home building adventure. Pam has earned our highest respect, admiration, and ratings! |
