| Robert and his Team did an excellent job in selling our home. Robert was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable of the neighborhood and market prices in the area. He listed the price accurately the first time and we were able to get a constant flow of prospective buyers that wanted to view the property. His advice and expertise were also valuable when it came to receiving offers and showing patience in holding out for the best price and not just wanting us to accept anything that was close. Robert was also a big help in checking in on our place and taking care of some of the smaller maintenance things that had to be done saving us the three hours that it would have taken us to drive there. | Paula is not your normal realtor. She goes above and beyond before, during and after you close. Her work ethic, flexibility and knowledge is priceless. I am relocating from NY and from the date we met Paula to the date we closed was under 2 months. The reason for this is Paula does not waste your time, she get to know what you are looking for and then she executes. She does not play the real estate game of saying offers are on the table when there aren't any; she has integrity and is probably the best in the industry. I have bought 2 houses and this being the 3rd and she was by far the best. Paula also saved us some money on our closing because she identified mistakes on the HUD. |

| Paula and Robert are excellent real estate professionals who do a great job representing their sellers. They utilized various online services to make the information on my home available. They even included a drone view video production which highlighted the lakeside setting very nicely. We have quite a few showings and found our buyer in about 90 days of listing. They also were very helpful during the time we moved out before the sale was completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone trying to sell a home in Southwest Orlando |

| Absolutely fantastic. We used them to purchase a new home and sell our old one. On both sides of the process they were superb. Besides being pleasant, helpful, informative and responsive, they really helped us find a great home at a great price. Robert was very helpful at helping us inspect potential homes for problems and determine if prices were fair or not. Were other agents seem to be there to just unlock the door and not much more, they really got actively involved. They could have made the process easier on themselves, but they didn't. I'm also convinced that they "cost themselves money" by helping us steer away from more expensive homes and really pushing for a fair price. It would have been easy for them to make a little more commission by doing less work. They were also very helpful in the sale of our old home. Went the extra mile and helped stage. Very honest. Again, I've worked with a number of realtors over the years and these folks are the best. I'd highly recommend them for buying or selling. |
