As an Oregon resident for over 40 years Tim has had the opportunity to live, work and own businesses in much of the Portland Metropolitan area including; Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, McMinnville, Newberg, Gaston, Tigard and Sherwood. Having lived, worked and owned businesses in so many Portland Metro areas he has an excellent pulse on Portland and its surrounding markets. Outside of work Tim likes to spend time with his wife and two young boys often in an outdoor setting. Hiking, camping, boating or playing most sports are some of the activities he most enjoys when given the opportunity to relax. You can also find him in the kitchen attempting a new recipe while enjoying one of his other passions, preparing and eating all types of foods. Tim says there is nothing he doesn’t like to eat and is willing to try anything at least twice before committing to relinquishing it from his diet, he is still waiting for his first banished food and welcomes any challenge.
