Tim is a Canadian born 25 year investment banking veteran with over $2.0 billion in transactions completed in the US and Canada.  

Tim is the founder and CEO of the Rightpath Group of Companies, a Rocklin, CA based capital markets firm which is comprised of:

1) Pinnacle Realty Capital - a real estate centric investment banking and capital advisory services company. 4) California Construction and Renovations - In early 2012, Tim partnered with Mike Garman (a 30 year residential home renovation veteran) to form California Construction and Renovation ("CCR") to focus on 203K home renovations.  Since its inception, CCR has grown to become one of the largest 203K home renovation contractors in Northern California.  With offices in Rocklin and Pleasanton, CCR services both the Sacramento and Bay Area regions.  CCR is forecasting to complete over $5MM in 203K home renovation projects in fiscal 2013 and plans to grow this platform to $8MM in 203K home renovation projects by 2015.

Tim lives in Rocklin with his wife of 20 years, Beth, and their 3 children, Alyssa, Bryce, and Natalie.
