Get to Know Carollee Hayward
I have been assisting clients in buying and selling real estate for nearly 40 years serving the greater Nashua area of NH. At RE/MAX for over 10 years, I have been recognized every year for income production and in 2005 I was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame having earned over $1,000,000. in commissions.
As an advocate of continuing education, I have been awared the following accreditions: Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist, and the Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist.
I have been a trained mediator of real estate disputes for over 20 years and chaired the National Ethics Committee.

After 39 years there aren't too many aspects of real estate that I have not dealt with and that translates into time and money saved for my clients - whether buyer or seller.
When dealing with buyers, my goal is to have them happy enough with the transaction that they won't hesitate to recommend me to their friends or to call me when they are ready to move again. The business I have today, plants seeds for the business I reap 5 or 10 years from now.
