She prides herself on an ability to make each person she's speaking with feel as if they're the only one in the room - and on an ability to make each client feel as if they were her only client. It all comes through being attentive to her clients' words and reactions, and through providing timely response to emails and calls. 

Talia's clients are never unsure about the next step in their home buying or home selling process. She's careful to keep them up to date on all the key milestones, and to answer questions clearly so that they understand the purpose and importance of each step. 

She's also a talented problem solver. While no one wants problems to crop up during a transaction, Talia enjoys challenges and has an uncanny ability to find solutions, even when it means thinking outside the box. 

Some of Talia's favorite clients are veterans and active duty military personnel. As a veteran herself, she understands what it's like to move your family every couple of years, and she seeks to alleviate some of the strain by helping them find not just the right house, but the right neighborhood. For members of the military are far from family and friends, a neighborhood can become an extended family, so she encourages newcomers to take time to explore and become acquainted before making a choice. 

When not working, Talia enjoys reading science fiction and fantasy, indulging her creative side through designing and building Legos, cycling and running. One of her life goals is to run a marathon in all 50 states plus Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Once that's done, she intends to conquer the world, running on every continent. 

She and her husband share their home with cat Domino and Ada, a former racing Greyhound. Both Domino and Ada are rescues, and both are "the smartest of their species."
