Get to Know Stacy Pranger
My chosen profession is Real Estate Sales and Property Management, but my passion is to understand people and their needs. I derive great personal satisfaction from successfully matching a home with a client. I am a firm advocate of only representing products and services that I am confident are reputable and truly fit my client’s expectations. I am a High Point, NC native and have a comprehensive knowledge of High Point, Greensboro, Winston-Salem and surrounding areas. If my client is a home buyer, seller, investor, or a tenant I want to listen to find them the solution to their Real Estate needs.
Currently, I am a broker at Total Care Realty in Greensboro, NC and Principal of Gate City Property Management. I have experience working with local Triad home buyers and sellers, as well as out of state home buyers wanting to relocate to NC. I have invested and managed properties for over 10 years, so I have a knack for understanding all aspects of Real Estate Business. My clients find that I use my expertise to find the right property solution!
