A little on me, I am a real estate professional with over fifteen years of hands on real estate sales and development experience.  I specialize in tired/dilapidated properties and find tremendous reward in helping my clients pump life back into the run-down or dated homes. In addition, I founded a successful real estate firm, Tam Realty, with my wife Kira. We have offices in Marin and Napa.  Prior to moving to San Francisco/Marin twelve years ago, I was a Realtor/developer in Sacramento, California.

 I hold a B.A. in Marketing from California State University, Sacramento. I currently live in a restored Craftsman (my latest project) in San Anselmo, California with my wife Kira and two wonderful young daughters, Mina and Coda. I would say my commitment to honesty, being/doing my best and always following my heart have created the foundation for my past success.
