My name is Susan, I have been helping sellers and buyers in Monterey County since 1990. I grew up on the Monterey Peninsula and have lived along HWY 68 (Scenic area between Monterey & Salinas, famous for the writer John Steinbeck) for the past 20 years. One of the things that sets me apart from most Realtors is my interest and ability to study real estate trends. This is a critical part of selling or buying. For sellers it helps them stay ahead of curve whether the market is traveling up or down. For buyers it helps them decide when might be the best time to buyer for their personal circumstances. I have found that being fully informed as a seller or buyer is empowering. Real Estate has always been a great investment over the long haul. It can provide you with the ability to build a nest egg for the future.
Both Buyers and Sellers, regardless of price range or type of property, receive the same hands on service and follow through. Each client is important to me! Referrals are like GOLD to me!
Area knowledge, combined with the latest in technology, a strong support staff and a "Can Do" attitude, has resulted in thousands of satisfied clients through the past 30 plus years. I have been blessed with wonderful clients and I am dedicated to solving their real estate problems.
I love technology and the awesome opportunites available today to Realtors and consumers in buying and selling real estate.
You have to be knowledgeable, you must have a broad base of experience, and you must have a passion for the industry and helping others in order to succeed in this ever changing business.
My favorite Do & Don't for success is DO BE WILLING TO CHANGE and DON'T BE GREEDY.
Providing the most accurate information to clients so that they can make an informed decision is critically important to a Real Estate purchase and this I take to heart!
