| Susan Powell has been consulting with me on a potential move from my condo in Bergen County to a house possibly in Essex or Union County, NJ. I have lived in Bergen County NJ for the last 10 years, and don't really know what it would be like to live in other areas of NJ. As a native of New York City, moving to New Jersey was uncomfortable to begin with. But now thinking of moving "deeper" in to New Jersey is down right scarey. Susan has taken extensive time to really describe the areas - their perks and their setbacks. She has taken the time to get to know me and my family and has been able to make plain the complicated task of weeding out areas that might not suit our character and lifestyle and giving us a great list of areas to look at. She is knowledgeable about the various school systems and the tools one can use to check them. She is knowledgeable about the shopping, places of worship, community life and most importantly about the commuting options for my husband. And she has been able to give us an idea of what type of house we can buy on our budget. The biggest thing I can say is that she has been honest. When she says we can find houses in X price range that have XY&Z characteristics... I find that she is always right. You can tell that she knows her market. And you can feel safe and confident that she has the best interest of you the consumer. I have always been very wary of realtors. But she makes me feel like she is on my side in this big decision. |

| I highly recommended Susan to anyone who looking for a real estate professional. She is very knowledgeable, every effective and very responsive. My apartment was rented in less than a week from the day I contacted her. All the paper works were handled online, which saved a lot of time for all parties. She even provided the extra service by coordinating the move in of the new tenant as I was out of town when the new tenants were scheduled to move in. |
