My name is Stacy Stout Barnett. I was born and raised in Hanover County and have lived in the surrounding Richmond areas all my life.  I graduated from Atlee High School in Mechanicsville and graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Psychology.  I married my wonderful husband, Brian, in February 2008 after he completed his 4th deployment to Iraq and was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps. 

I joined the Jennifer James Team in June of 2007.  Jennifer and I have been awarded the Distinguished Achiever's Award every year we've been together.  We were among the Top Ten Agents at Hometown Realty in 2008. 
    

I strive to provide my clients with the professional guidance throughout the entire process and give 110% to every real estate transaction.  I love meeting new people and turning my clients into lifelong friends.  This strategy has provided me with the opportunity to conduct a large portion of my business based on referrals from my family and friends.
