They truly understand what we are trying to achieve, and have remained clear and consistent with their communication. I really love your website (www.stonepath.com) for multiple reasons. I get updates on homes that I may be interested in every few days, Your system is smart enough to know when the homes that I have saved are no longer available. This is ingenious. I have a constant running list of homes that are possibilities. It's always fast and it looks nice. Really impressed by this site. The other day I was searching, and suddenly someone started chatting with me! I didn't even initiate the conversation. At first I was so shocked and wondered if it was an automated script, but no, it was a real person! They just asked if I was finding everything ok and if the website was performing correctly. Marvelous! I have never been to a website EVER where Customer Service approached me and asked if things were operating ok and if I was finding what I was looking for. I'm just super impressed. This move is huge for us. It's probably the biggest thing we have ever done. We have saved for quite a while and worked very hard to sell our house here in Iowa so that we can be free and clear to make this move. We are not first time home buyers, but the valley of the sun is so far away from us that it makes this process intimidating.. You guys are helping... a lot..to make that intimidation disappear and I really appreciate it. Thank you!" |
