I help the community by contributing to local charities including Sister Care, Lutheran children’s fund, and donating to the Habitat to Humanity. To date EXIT Realty has donated over $2 million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.
Having lived in many parts of the country such as Chicago, West Virginia, and Orlando, I have a strong ability to relate to and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and I understand the needs and concerns of clients who are relocating.

| "When we moved to Columbia we still had property in NC for sale. While we had to wait on that property to sell, we signed up on several realtor websites looking at various properties. Out of all of the sites that we had signed onto, Steve Slavich was the only realtor in the area that made it a point to regularly communicate with us on the status of selling our property in NC and the anticipation of purchasing property in Columbia. When the NC property finally sold, there was no doubt in our minds that we would contact Steve and let him know that we were ready for the next step. Steve Slavich is an amazing and very detailed oriented realtor and totally “had our back” through the many challenges that we incurred in our quest to purchase our home. He researched all properties that we looked at and he was able to give us good concise information on each property.
