| We typically do not take the time to post reviews but our experience with Steve Scherpf and his team at SSI Reality of Tampa Bay, has convinced us that we need to make an exception. After reviewing many agents we met Steve within a few minutes from our first phone call to him. He had a fantastic knowledge of the neighborhood, the houses that were for sale, and what had recently sold. He described his sales and marketing plan, suggested an asking price, and explained the process to us and we decided to sign with him. The first thing that impressed us was the listing that he and his team had drafted for us. It was amazing! We had to wait a few days as we finalized our move out of the house and then gave him the green light to list it. Within minutes our house was officially for sale and within 36 hours or so we had an agreed price with a buyer. As other have mentioned in the reviews of Steve, he was extremely hands on and was there for all of the important events like Inspections, Appraisals, and even went through the house making sure all bulbs, remotes etc. were working. This was especially important to us as we had moved out of state by that point. From negotiations, contracts, and other steps along the way he was a true partner that we could rely on to guide us through the process. Steve and his team made the entire process easy and enjoyable. They will assist in all aspect of buying or selling a home, working through any issues that may arise.They assisted me with getting repair quotes from and inspection report that was done to make sure our counter was reasonable.They also make sure to assist you as the buyer or seller to make sure all of your utilities etc are lined up to be transferred prior to closing. |

| Steve sold our home for us 2 1/2 years ago. I can't begin to tell you how amazing he is! There is nothing too much for Steve to tackle to help you sell your home. He will help with yard sales, stay on top of details that you thought you would have to handle, be there to hand-hold a nervous seller, etc. I have recommended him to everyone I know and he has more than satisfied those who have retained him. He kind of became a member of the family. When I would ask him for a status report, I would always find that he had already been in touch with all parties, politely moving the process along to its successful completion. It may sound odd to say that we missed him after the closing, but we were so used to him calling or coming by to give us updates that the closing seemed to abruptly remove him from our lives.
