We are experienced within the current market dealing with short sales, performing BPO's (broker price opinions), and selling REO's (bank owned foreclosed properties).
In addition we have years of experience and enjoy working with area FSBO's (for sale by owner) to assist them with their home selling process when needed, but also in helping them with their next home purchase and relocating.
We work within the niche relocation market as well, by helping new arrivals to the Portland area with their relocation process, finding and purchasing their new homes here in Portland, and getting acclimated and settled in their new city. We have helped clients find and purchase their homes here in Portland and complete their transactions well before their actual move date.
