Born and raised in South East London, England, he sold real estate there for over twelve years and owned and operated 3 real estate offices in New Cross, Brockley & Penge. He had the distinction of being an auctioneering partner with Hindwoods, Clark & Esplin (an old established (1887) icon in SE London Real Estate). | Many thanks to Navi and her team! - Selling our Fremont Ardenwood home with good prices just in one week! which really impressed us! Before we reached out to Navi, we used another list agent and she took us more than 3 months to sell our home but no result. so... when we were talking to Navi and team about the situation, she promised us to sell our home within 2 weeks with good price as long as we followed her instructions. Frankly speaking, we did not believe that, how can they sell the home within 2 weeks because our previous agent did make it with more than 3 months! however, what happened later proved that, we were wrong, and it was true. our home was sold in one week with the over asking price! It was great pleasure to find out Navi and her team, and yes. looking forward to working with them next time |

| Amneet Dhillon and her team were extremely helpful with selling our house in Union City, CA. She explained the process in detail and suggested a price that met the current market. She was very positive but honest and made us aware of any issues that needed to be fixed before we put the house on the market. We went through a few agents before determining that Amneet was the best candidate to help sell our house. A few others we interviewed were much more negative about the current market which didn't really motivate us to sell. Our house sold for above the asking price thanks to Amneet's help and expertise. I would definitely recommend her and her team to anyone looking for great and honest agents |

After our interview we were impressed by their deep knowledge both about the area and the market conditions. | In mid-2015, when we decided to put our town house on the market, we contacted Steve Dhillon. From the very first meeting, we knew it was the right decision. Steve and Navi did a walkthrough of our house, made suggestions and guided us. They were very responsive and followed up on each step of the way. They also have a great team that work with you and help you through the entire process. From the staging to the closing of our town house was a breeze. We received multiple offers after the first open house. After the smooth transaction of selling our town house, we decided to go with Navi to buy our new home. She explained and answered our every questions with lot of patience. She helped us negotiate a fast closing of our new home with the selling agent and got us the home. We lived in US and our real estate agent is Steve Dhillon and we bought a home in california, Union city in the year 1996 and when we moved back to India we sold our home through Steve Dhillon in the year 2013.Throughout all these years I developed a friendship with him and I contacted him again when I wanted to sell the home. When we moved back to India we did not had enough time to sell the home and at the time of moving it was taking some time to sell the home.When we decided to move back to India I just contacted Steve Dhillon explaining my situation and he agreed right away to help me in selling the home.He took all the responsibilities in selling the home and got the upgraded done in a professional manner like installing the new carpet by getting the estimation from different company and gave useful suggestions in oder to have fully upgraded home to sell.All this work he did in our absence in US. | When my wife and I decided to sell our Union City home last year, we already knew who to call. Steve Dhillon's team had been dominating home sales in our area for years, and after working with Steve and Navi, we found out why that's the case. Even though we were already pretty confident in Steve, we didn't know what to expect when we first met him. We really appreciated his low key, low pressure approach. He was well prepared, and provided a thorough analysis of our home and its potential in the market. His knowledge of the local market is outstanding. Every aspect of the transaction - the timing of the sale, the marketing strategy, the communications - was outstanding. We had a number of home improvement projects to finish prior to the first open house, and Steve was able to recommend several contractors that helped us get everything completed on time, and for a reasonable price. Navi handled most of the coordination during the sale, and she did an amazing job. Our home sold quickly too - we had an offer after the first open house.
