I began working with home buyers, sellers and investors in the 90’s.  My philosophy in Real Estate was and still is:  “Prioritize first the needs of my customers at the current stage of their life.“  In 2002 I professionally-trained in New Construction by both a local MN and national builder for 11 years. I stayed actively involved with customers from contract negotiation and purchase to project start-up through their first years of ownership. Selecting a property or a homesite and building a new home is the start of a long-term relationship. In the early stages of planning, I provide clients with a schedule that walks them through the home building process, answering questions and providing information along the way.  I encourage customers to enjoy the experience by handling stressful negotiations and staying accessible at all times. My systems approach focuses on the customer, taking a complicated and often stressful process and transforming it into a rewarding and enjoyable experience. As a result, I listed and sold approximately $25,000,000-30,000,000 in real estate every year since 2004 in either MN or WI.  Representing and instilling confidence with my clients, and creating lasting friendships while enhancing their individual or family’s lifestyles, are the most rewarding results of my career.
