My blog will contain and lot of real estate stuff in addition to local area goings on that may or may not have anything to do with real estate. I'll be writing about my travels not only in the area but in some of my other less frrequent travels.
I list and sell real estate in and around the St Augustine area. I live in St. Augustine Beach on Anastasia Island and since is where I live & play, it's only natural that I know about real estate here better than most other parts of St Augustine. Views are not as important for a prospective property buyer unless they are buying on the ocean or along the ICW. You'll find views for the ocean side of Anastasia Island of condos for sale on my web site.

I actually enjoy working short sales and I'm real good at them. I've closed all of my short sales - not bad considering nationally less that 25% of short sales close. I have the SFR designation from the National Association of Realtor (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource). I also have certifications from Harris Real Estate University for BPO's and REO's, and the ASD (Accredited Short Sale Designation). These are earned by attending regular live and recorded webinars to stay on the cutting edge.
The City of St. Augustine Beach is roughly 2.5 square miles on Anastasia Island. The border is SR 312 to the North and Ocean Trace Road to the South bordered on the West by A1A & the Ocean on the East
