I have lived in the CSRA the majority of my life, which means this is my back yard and I know it well. My ability to work with others and my willingness "to make it happen" speaks for itself. I have a B.S. in Business Management as well as I have worked for many years as a counselor, case manager, social worker and child abuse investigator, which has afforded me the skills to communicate with individuals from all ethnic, social and economic backgrounds. I am able to communicate with any buyer or seller to get you the best deal for your money. I have spent the majority of my career meeting the needs of the people from their basic social needs, assisting them with employment and locating housing. I have taken my love for people and ability to help them accomplish goals to the world of real estate. I offer Homebuyers 101 for first time home buyers teaching the value of ownership and releasing the rental mentality. I perform CPR (credit problem redemption) which addresses credit challenged clients issues that have stopped their credit life and explains how to revive it. I stress the importance of understanding, protecting and respecting credit. And for the very fortunate I do custom building for the person that is able to build their dream home from the ceiling to the floor and from the rear out the front door. I have a great marketing eye and enjoy marketing homes for resale. Prior to becoming licensed I worked part-time in real estate as an unlicensed assistant for over ten years while doing Social Work and incorporated the two worlds. The both worlds have really complimented each other. I look forward to being your agent for life.
