The goal of Square One Recovery is to help anyone in the real estate industry or even an independent home or small business owner minimize their financial loss after a foreclosure or eviction and maximize the potential of their property. Square One Recovery, LLC is the only contact you will need to make to trust that your property is secured, cleaned inside and out, damages repaired, and returned to marketable condition. Square One Recovery specializes in efficient evictions and turn key services. We recognize that you may only need some of the services provided in our option plans or you may need more! Therefore, we have listed flexible options that you may add or select individually to any of the option plans. We will provide you with a written estimate for any of the services you select. If you need a service that is not listed please, do not hesitate to ask! We hope to work with you soon!
Option 1: Trash-Out, Sweep
If your property has already been secured a Square One Recovery team will remove and dispose of any remaining property or trash. The team will also sweep and vacuum the floors to remove extra debris.
Option 2: Security, Move-Out, Trash-Out, Sweep, Photograph
A Square One Recovery team will meet local law enforcement at your property, remove any belongings and place them neatly in the public right of way, and re-key or change up to four sets of locks. The next day the team will return and retrieve any unclaimed items/trash from your property and properly dispose of them. The floors will be swept and vacuumed. Before and after photos will be taken of the property and stored in our files for up to one year. We will e-mail you the photos at no additional cost if requested.
Option 3: Security, Move-Out, Trash-Out, Sweep, Lawn, Photograph, Top-To-Bottom Cleaning
This option includes everything described in option two plus an additional cleaning service. Your property will be cleaned top to bottom excluding the carpet and inside of appliances (food will be removed from refrigerators or we will dispose of the refrigerator based on your specification). We will thoroughly clean bathrooms and kitchens, wipe down the base boards, dust and clean all surfaces including window ledges and closet shelves, sweep and vacuum floors, wipe inside and outside of cabinets, and dust/wipe down ceiling fans and fixtures. The grass will be mowed, edged, trimmed, and bushes adjacent to the house will be trimmed. Square One Recovery will take before and after photos of the property and store them in our files for up to one year. We will e-mail you the photos at no additional cost if requested.
