Get to Know Cynthia "Syndi" Syverson
Cynthia hails from Northern Minnesota where she graduated with a BA in Geography and Speech. She became a Flight Attendant with Delta Airlines since 1977. Living in Jacksonville since 1985, she is raising her son as well as being a active member of her church, Saint Marks Lutheran Church on Hendricks Avenue.
She has worked in the real estate industry since 2005 and has found a home at Keller Williams where technology and service meld together to be a powerful combination in new age marketing of selling homes. Currently, she is taking a course from Ben Kinney in Seattle Washington and will soon get her Internet Marketing Specialist Designation. Cynthia recognizes, to be saavy in real estate, you have to understand the web marketing tools. This course is helping to define areas of the Internet in order to get her seller's more visibility.
Certifications
I have sold Waterfront homes from Lake George to Fernandina. I live in Northwest St. Johns County and know the river on both sides. My greatest accomplishments are helping Home Sellers through the emotional process of a Short Sale on their home. It is a difficult time and I am able to make their journey a bit more educated on their options.
