Lon has been one of the top Brokers in the Inland Empire for over 7 years now.  He has lived in either Loma Linda or Redlands for the last 17 years.Prior to forming Orangehill Realty in 2007, Lon was part of the Coldwell Banker family.  He was ranked in the top 1% of all CB brokers in the United States and was recognized with the "International President's Circle" Award for the three years prior to forming Orangehill.  This is the highest award attainable within Coldwell Banker.  Additionally, he was awarded the "Top Listing Broker" Award.In 2007, Lon decided to spread his wings and form Orangehill Realty.  The focus of this brokerage is to service the eastern Inland Empire region including the cities of Redlands, Loma Linda, Yucaipa, Calimesa, San Bernardino, Colton, Highland, Mentone, Beaumont, Banning, Moreno Valley, Riverside, Grand Terrace, Oak Glen, Bloomington, Rialto, Fontana, Perris, and Hemet.Lon saw the need for a brokerage that could serve as an expert for the eastern Inland Empire, which is one of the most dynamic and fast growing in the country.  The region also became one of the top REO foreclosure markets in the United States.  This inspired Lon to assemble a group of experienced REO, foreclosure, and short sale agents.  This group became known as the "REO Team".This team has grown to become one fo the most recognized REO listing offices in region.  The REO Team currently lists properties for 7 banks and 5 asset management firms.  Lenders have expressed great respect for Orangehill's REO Team as it continues to grow.
