I know clients are looking for leadership when selling or buying a home.  A seller wants to know that the list price is accurate making the days on the market as few as possible and a buyer wants to be assured they are paying fair market value.  I've been a full time real estate broker since 1996.  As a private investor I bought, rehabbed and re-sold residential real estate full time for 6 years.  That experience makes me an expert at being able to value property.  Since being with SCHNEIDER Real Estate I've consistantly been a top sales leader, selling over 3 million a year in residential real estate. Honored in St Louis Business Magazine the past two consecutive years (2005-2006) as top in Quality Service in my area. On-going education is a must in providing the best in quality service and I'm proud to have my GRI and ABR designations (Graduate Realtor Institute and Accredited Buyers Agent).  Networking with other professionals as a chamber member in two local cities and an active member of Womens Council of Realtors (WCR) keeps me in the know about what's happening locally.   Prior to a career in Real Estate I was a Media Director for a major Hotel in LV, bringing valuable marketing experience to the table. Experience does bring Peace to the Process and a smooth closing to every transaction.
